Ingredients
– Filling:
– Boiled and mashed potatoes
– Chopped coriander
– Finely chopped green chillies
– Desi masala (garam masala, red chili powder, cumin, salt to taste)
– Outer Layer:
– Manda Patti (spring roll sheets or samosa patti)
Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes with chopped coriander, green chillies, and desi masala. Adjust salt and spice to taste.
2. To fry, heat oil on medium-low heat.
3. Fry samosas directly from the freezer—do not thaw. Fry until golden and crispy.
Storage Instructions
1. Arrange the samosas on a tray without overlapping.
2. Freeze until firm, then transfer to a zip-lock bag or airtight container.
3. Store in the freezer.
Serve
