Description
A creamy and flavorful curry made with boneless chicken cooked in a rich blend of yogurt, cream, tomatoes, and traditional spices. Served in a handi (clay pot) style, this dish is smooth, mildly spiced, and perfect for a comforting meal with naan or paratha.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw the handi if frozen.
2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter in a pan.
3. Add the Chicken Boneless Handi and cook on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully heated and the oil separates.
4. Garnish with cream or fresh coriander (optional) and serve hot.
Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within 3 days of opening.
Store frozen at -18°C for up to 3 months.
Do not refreeze after thawing
