Description
A rich and aromatic Mughlai-style curry made with tender chicken, slow-cooked in a flavorful blend of spices, yogurt, and fried onions. Perfect for a traditional meal, best enjoyed with naan or basmati rice.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw the qorma if frozen.
2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan.
3. Add the qorma and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through and the oil separates.
4. Serve hot with naan or rice.
Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0°C to 4°C) and consume within 3 days of opening.
For longer storage, keep frozen at -18°C.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
