Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw the handi if frozen.
2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of butter or oil in a pan.
3. Add the Chicken Makhni Handi and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly heated and the sauce thickens.
4. Garnish with fresh cream or coriander (optional) and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
Storage Instructions:
Refrigerate at 0°C to 4°C and consume within 3 days of opening.
Store frozen at -18°C for up to 3 months.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
