Description
A bold and flavorful Pakistani-style curry, Chicken Karahi is prepared with tender chicken, tomatoes, green chilies, and a special blend of spices. Cooked in a traditional wok (karahi), it offers a rich, spicy, and aromatic experience, perfect with naan or chapati.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Thaw if frozen.
2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan.
3. Add the Chicken Karahi and cook on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully heated and oil separates.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger (optional) and serve hot.
Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 4°C and consume within 3 days of opening.
Store frozen at -18°C for up to 3 months.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
